Constipation

Oatmeal. To take them, you can mix the flakes (better that they are organic and fine) with water and lemon.

Olive oil. Apply a little on your belly and rub it in a circular way, clockwise. It is recommended to do daily to wake up to give a greater traffic to the evacuation.

Boiled apple Start eating apples without skin and, once the evacuation is normal, you can consume them with skin.

Mallow. The infusion of mallow taken daily before breakfast will help you to speed up the process of bowel evacuation.

Natural orange juice and kiwis. Taken on an empty stomach, it will give you fiber while refreshing the intestines and stimulating bile discharges.
